Is there a way to send ringtones from my computer to my phone?

I have wallpapers and ringtones on my computer that I want to put onto my phone, but I don’t have a cord to connect them. Is there any way I can send them directly to my phone without buying a cord?

    Oh yeah that’s easy.

    Text message a message to your email, that way you can have your phones internet address. Then reply to your phone from your email with what ever you like, pictures, .mp3 files, .wav files and more.
