My cousins birthday is coming up and I wanted to get her eye shadow and a lot of other makeup. She has really dark brown eyes and a tan skin tone. What eye shadow would look best for her?

Same with my friend and I’ve found from doing her makeup (I frequently do my friends makeup because its fun) that a bright blue looks the best or maybe a dark blue, but not too dark.

golds would look natural and very pretty. but if youre going for dramatic, i would try greens. that would stick out for her on her skin tone.
golds or metallics. or i saw on what not to wear that a girl had a dark tone and they put ‘peacok’ shadows on…like bright blues, purples, or pinks…but the girl had light eyes so it may not look as good…but try it (-;
Green and Gold or Shimmer Brown and champagne color, or Purple and baby Pink.
Navy, turquoise, purple, orange, silver, and gold all look really pretty with tan skin and dark brown eyes.
