…even if you didn’t use them as a reference/put down the phone number? If it was a horrible job & horrible boss, does the new employer consider both sides when you say there was mismanagement & an unstable work environment if asked on an initial interview on phone? In other words, innocent til proven guilty? will they give you a chance even if the fomer job says you were awful even tho untrue? Any input on this appreciated. Thanks!

What are the laws of selling a sort of homemade product?
November 12th, 2009I am interested in starting my own online store, but the only piece of info I cant figure out is if there are any rules or regulations against what i would be doing. What I am wanting to do is make and sell a product from a recipe by my grandma. The only problem is in the recipe she uses a certain brand and all I would basically be doing is altering that specific product and then repackaging it and selling it. (it would taste way different tho). Is that legal or is there anything I would have to do to make it legal?

Because some of them just seem to come as a string (no plastic packaging or anything like that) I am not sure it is the real deal. I know that I need to fix my credit and I am working on that by making payment on things that I owe. I really need a car tho.
